Long hair on guys..?

I love the long hair look on guys. My hair is currently down to my chest, all one length, no layers etc.

I can't decide if I should leave it as is, or actually get it styled or face-framed or something. My friends always lecture me for not getting it styled. I'm really into rock and punk styles.

My Mom likes it how it is, though. Haha. :)

Either way, I would NEVER cut it shorter than my shoulders. I look really bad with short hair.

I think it sounds good the way it is. You could always gets the ends razored or something that keps the length but gives it a rocker edge. BTW long hair on guys is not always bad, some guys pull it off quite well :) Best of luck!

Truly get it cut as short as your willing to go. I probably speak for a lot of girls (not all though) that long hair on a guy makes them look not well groomed and kinda not so good

What is the question? I say, wear it how you like it.....there are some good edgy cuts out there that allow you to keep length...surf the web, look at Toni and Guy...Australian Salons are leading the way in edgy, rock, punk, fun man hair...

OK, long hair was awesome in the 90's, but it's not the 90's anymore. I think most girls would say guys with long, long hair is a turnoff.

That said, I don't think you should get it styled while it is that long, you might end up looking like Fabio or something. You really should cut it to about shoulder length really and sort of chop it up. Look at pictures of rock bands of TODAY and get some ideas. It's cool to be rock or punk but still be NOW.

well it depends on how your face is. But i dont really think it loooks so great when its up to your shoulders. But i really do like the punk styles it looks good on some people. It also depends on how thick your hair is. Punk styles look better with thin hair. Or else you would look like a mushroom. But dont worry about what your friends say do what you want. Its your hair not theirs.

Trust me on this one man. If you have long hair and its nice, and by nice i mean something like natural color, natural texture, and you take good care of it (Eddie Vedder's hair for example), then girls love it. Girls usually think of nasty artificially straightened dyed hair like these emo fags that are ruling the airwaves. But me and you have a different standard, we both grew up in the heyday of grunge and girls like that type of hair.
