I'm Definitely in need of a change!! i have long hair and plan to keep it that way i've been growing it out for about a year due to a bad hair experience and everytime i go short i regret it. i want to dye it either black or a dark color (again had a bad experience with highlights) any suggestions? i want kind of a kim kardashian look any websites you recomend?
