I've got frizzy dry hair also. It doesn't matter if it's short or long it curls and frizzes. It took me a while to find something good to use that actually worked, but I just recently got a new hair stylist that told me to try Garnier Fructise. So, I went and got the Sleek and Smooth shampoo and Length and Strength Conditioner. It works wonders for me. And it's not expensive at all!
