I'm tired of my hair and I want to try something new. I don't want to go short but I need to know what color(s) and what hair style would look right on me.

maybe a light brown with blonde highlights

Looking at your picture, I would avoid gold tones and stay with the 'cooler' tones without going too dark.

In terms of style, perhaps taking the back shorter and graduated?

You could go for a darker shade, maybe with a few different dark colors. The length is great!

grow it out a little and go back to ur NATURAL color. ur gonna kill ur hair by coloring it and natural always looks best
