i am black and have relaxed hair but i find that it's been breaking lately. i also had cut it like kelis in her "bossy" video recently.can someone recommend a good shampoo and conditioner for this type of hair as well as a way to grow it quickly.i had long hair before and i'm getting fed up with the short style.thanks :D

From my personal experience, I usually plate my hair with braids for about three month then plate without plate for about 6 weeks and I put a weave for a month maximum.
