i had my haircut today and i dont like how she did my side bangs!! its really short! and it looks weird like i have a lot of cowlicks! so i was wondering how long the average hair on the head takes to grow? school starts in 2 weeks. by that time will some of my bangs get a liitle bit longer? and has anyone had this experience before? haircut gone wrong? and how did u deal with it? wat can i do or how can i style my hair with my bangs like this? my hair is shoulder lenght and my hair is parted to the side and i have layered bangs on each side and the shortest bang is really short!! wat do i do? help!!! thanks soo much!!!

You can always pin your bangs back with a bobby pin and puff them out a little. That is always cute.

It'll be fine. I had my hair cut at one time and it was a bit shorter than I wanted it and my husband hated it! After about a week, it came down to my shoulder and it looks even better. Sometimes stylist cut them shorter than you wanted them because it is going to grow back out and once it does grow back, it will be the way you'd want it. Otherwise you'd have to get it cut sooner than you planned to.

What's worked for me, and to make my hair grow long, is braiding my hair every day (or night before going to sleep) so that your hair stretches. Try this on your bangs. Usually it is about half an inch per month. I'm sorry that the hair dresser snipped off your hair so short! I've experienced the same thing and the lady didn't understand what i told her i wanted and i had to pay her anyways YUCK it came out like a bob with straight cut bangs, it was just absolutely horrendous!
