What is this "in" style for guys nowadays? My hair is the same as in my picture. Should I just leave it the way it is or get shorter/grow it out?
Also, what do some of you girls prefer in hair style of a guy?

depending on your ethnicity and hair texture, just keep it neat, and pretty much anything goes (except the faux hawk or mohawk unless you are a celebrity or extremely eccentric individual, but its pretty played out now.) The Gotti haircut, braids, tapers, ceasars, just be you.
