When they are really little I would honestly cut it while they were asleep, lol. For bangs on girls, pull all peices to the center of the forehead and take one snip right under the brow if the hair is wet....works like a charm every time. Make sure you have a good pair of hair scissors too...don't use your coupon cutting scissors! lol

They are natural born wiggle worms, and there are so many things that can affect the way a hair cut turns out. Even cutting a childs bangs can be disastrous if you dont have the training. Take her to a salon, better yet, a salon that caters to kids. They will be best equiped to deal with a first timer. Many shops that deal alot with kids have special chairs or booster seats, and are very good with kids. Better to have it done right, then to do it yourself and risk making a mess and having to take her in anyway.
